What is Bioenergetics?

Bioenergetics explained.

You are much more than cells. Much more than carbon, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, and the rest of the individual elements that make up your body.

The ancients realized this. Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) labeled 12 energy pathways within your body and called them meridians.

Acupuncture, massage, and homeopathy recognize and operate on the basis of an energy system and the way energy and fields flow through your body.

So then, what is bioenergetics?

If we break it out, there’s “bio” for life and “energetics” for energy.

Obviously, bioenergetics is a bit more complicated than that.

Bioenergetics looks at the dynamics of energy exchange within living systems. If we look at the human body and take it to the atomic level, most of it (99.9%) looks like empty space.

That’s a whole lot of nothing.

But physics tells us this isn’t the case. Physics says that if you could see the minuscule “empty” spaces, you’d see it’s actually full of whirling waves of energy fields.

If you look at both your body and the cells in your body, continually, your cells exchange energy with the outside environment, i.e., in the wall of the water around them.

Your body is exchanging energy. If you look at this from a macro point of view, you eat. That’s a source of energy.

You walk around and move, and that’s an energy exchange. You go outside, and the sunlight hits you and charges you up.

You might take your shoes off, walk on the ground, and get energy from the earth.

This is the stuff of life. This is where we come from.

Bioenergetics is the study of this energy system and how it can affect your biology. We at Regenus Center, often led by partners like NES Health, have been studying energy and its role in human performance for nearly 20 years- how we can take this knowledge of the energy within us and use it to affect our health and wellness.

The “re”-discovery of the body field

Here in the West, there’s often a disconnect between the worlds of physics and biology. This is because of a strong focus on biochemistry or the body’s chemical processes.

Nutrition, for instance, generally focuses on how nutrients operate in the body at a molecular level. It tells you that you need so much vitamin C and so much magnesium and that an imbalance in your body’s chemicals, enzymes, etc., is responsible for changes within the body. Rarely do we consider nutrition from the standpoint of the energy makeup of each nutrient and the fields generated by that energy, although this is how bioenergetics would look at it.

Times are changing. We now have the technology to observe energetic effects within the body. We know more about the energetics of water and how it interacts with everything that the body does and is.

We understand more about how we capture light energy and how it both energizes and informs life.

And we already use the principles of physics with much of our medical equipment. For example, the electroencephalogram (EEG) detects electrical activity in the brain.  Or with the ECG that detects that of the heart.

What science is continually finding is what the ancients already knew. Bioenergetics is the natural meeting point of the past and the future, leading the way in our thinking about medicine and health.

Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) believes there are 12 major meridians coursing throughout your body. These are energy systems that are directly connected to your organs:

  1. Liver
  2. Gallbladder
  3. Heart
  4. Small Intestine
  5. Spleen
  6. Stomach
  7. Lung
  8. Large Intestine
  9. Kidney
  10. Urinary / Bladder
  11. San Jiao
  12. Pericardium

You remain healthy as long as Qi is flowing freely through these systems. By tracking the flow of Qi or “life force” or “electrical energy,” it’s possible to find areas of the body that can use some support via acupuncture, herbs, teas, or other interventions.

Altering the body field with bioenergetics

Our NES BioEnergetix WellNES System rests on the shoulders of traditional Chinese and Ayurvedic medicine.

Peter Fraser, the co-founder of NES Health Systems, recognized the connection between energy meridians and their electromagnetic frequency range, which we can measure.

But figuring out how to communicate with those energy meridians was another matter altogether because that information is done through a quantum field.

A light bulb moment led Peter Fraser to figure out how to “talk” through the quantum field to the energy meridians.

As a result, we have gone deeper into bioenergetics and have a way of assessing it, our NES bioenergetic scanning software. The software is able to assess the body field and alert us to what areas need to be addressed.

Our NES system mimics nature in a way. It is not prioritizing areas that need fixing so much as looking at the best way to support the body field as a whole. In this way, we are digging down to the root cause.

For example, an individual may feel some discomfort in the joints while exercising. With a conventional approach, you might look at drugs or supplements that directly support the joints. But with bioenergetic software, you may find an issue related to what we call the “vertical axis” — a field generated by the Earth’s gravity that can affect the bones, joints, and muscles. So we consider the various ways that things interconnect in the body and even with its environment.

And while we recognize the importance of having the right building blocks in place from nutrition, the body also needs to know what to do with those building blocks. This is why it’s critical to ensure the body’s blueprint — its energy control system — is working the way it should. This is what we assist with liquid remedies called Infoceuticals.

Infoceuticals contain the encoded information of a healthy body field. Infoceuticals feed the body field the healthy blueprint it needs.

When working with the body through our NES scanner and Infoceuticals, you work within the realm of potential and possibility. And here is where the magic lies with bioenergetics.
