How long does Red Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) last?

The effects of Red-Light Therapy (Photobiomodulation) can vary widely based on the condition being treated, the severity of the issue,
the specific parameters of the therapy (like wavelength and dosage), and the individual’s response. Generally, the benefits of a single session can last from a few days to several weeks. For chronic conditions, regular sessions are often necessary to maintain the benefits, and many patients undergo RED LIGHT THERAPY (PBM)therapy on an ongoing basis as part of a comprehensive treatment plan.

The duration of the benefits also depends on lifestyle and other health factors. For instance, in the treatment of muscle injuries, the effects of RED LIGHT THERAPY (PBM) can be more lasting if combined with other rehabilitative therapies and proper physical care. In cosmetic applications, such as skin rejuvenation or hair growth, results may also be sustained longer with regular maintenance sessions and proper skin or hair care routines.
