We recommend all new customers buy the introductory offers to get the best deal and get the most out of their experience as a new-comer to Red Light Therapy and Infrared Sauna Sessions. Like exercise and diet, regeneration therapy takes several weeks of regular usage before you see sustained results.
While you may notice you feel better even after just one or two visits, you should not expect any sustained visible or physical results until approximately 7 to 10 visits.
Once desired results are obtained, we recommend you keep treatment (if chronic pain and fatigue are involved) 1-2 times a week to maintain a healthy recovery.
We cannot emphasize enough the importance of keeping regular regeneration and recovery as a new normal in your life.
